										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>High temperatures are a critical factor for electronics. The ideal operating temperature of an electronic device is 25 degrees. <strong>Higher temperatures lead to stress on products and electrical components</strong> which can suffer a drastic drop in their average life, especially during the summer.</p>
<p>To avoid this sensitivity to high temperatures and in order to verify the quality of the components by limiting the percentage of defective devices, <strong>Syen carries out tests defined as “Burn-In”</strong>. The process envisages that the components of an electrical system are tested before being put into service. <strong>The examination allows to identify those particular components that would face possible failures</strong> as a result of so-called &#8220;Early failure (Infant mortality)&#8221;, during the initial phase of use.</p>
<p>The tests are carried out with a specific equipment called <strong>&#8220;climate cell&#8221;</strong>, used specifically to simulate types of hostile environments. Normally the tests are conducted at 85 degrees, when the product is intended to be used in more critical and delicate situations, such as in medical environments, the tests are performed at 105 degrees.</p>
<p>In more advanced projects, the more complex master boards incorporate <strong>thermal protections or dedicated sensors which can detect overheating</strong> and automatically alarming the system, avoiding failures due to operating at excessive temperatures.</p>

The electronic components of the boards are protected by <strong>resin treatment of the surfaces</strong> applied by immersion, using a manual or automatic system.</p>
<p><strong><img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" src="https://www.syen.it/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/resinatura-schede-elettriche-300x200.jpeg" alt="resinatura schede elettriche" width="300" height="200" class="size-medium wp-image-1084 alignleft" srcset="https://www.syen.it/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/resinatura-schede-elettriche-300x200.jpeg 300w, https://www.syen.it/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/resinatura-schede-elettriche.jpeg 640w" sizes="(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" />The assembly of the electronic boards takes place through the SMT technology</strong> (Surface Mount Technology), consisting of an automated assembly lines that allow you to manage the production flow of the boards, minimizing operator manipulation.</p>
<p>Syen Electronics guarantees the use of the best machinery in all production phases: from the silk-screen drafting to the placement of the components, up to the re-melting of the solder, the most advanced systems are provided to guarantee the best quality insurance.<br />
<strong>Package components can also be mounted, BGA ultra fine pitch</strong> (Ball Grid Array, welding system having a smaller footprint and better heat dissipation) <strong>and LGA</strong> (Land Grid Array, physical connection interface for processors that guarantees a flow of more stable current even at high frequencies).</p>

Furthermore, in agreement with the customer, <strong>aging phases in a Burn-In climate cell</strong> can be carried out (Test aimed at putting the devices under stress for a certain period of time to check their durability). The <strong>after-sales technical service</strong> periodically examines the data relating to repairs and interventions with the aim of providing analytical feedback on the reliability of the electronic boards.</p>
