Sigep is the world’s most important professional event dedicated to artisan ice-cream and the art of dessert.<\/h2>\n
The fair is an opportunity to discover the latest news, innovations and trends in the Food Service industry: raw materials and ingredients, machinery and equipment, furnishings, packaging and services. It is a unique meeting place to dialogue with companies and professionals, to discuss the scenarios of the industry and an opportunity for business, networking, professional updating and sharing. The edition that has just ended produced five days of concreteness, the meeting of knowledge and high training, dense business and meetings, within a panorama with many innovations.<\/p>\n
Electronics in the food industry<\/h3>\n
Interesting reflections have arisen around the topic of innovation in the industry of food. The consolidation of recent years in the sector is not enough to face the new post-pandemic challenges: inflation and recession. The search for operational efficiency is no longer enough; a strategy is needed to project corporate identity, differentiating risk and innovating at the same time.<\/p>\n
One of the focuses of the Sigep is the opportunity to save energy and optimize costs, for example, through remote control technology. For some time now, the world has been undergoing rapid change. The increasingly broader and transversal awareness of the green economy has pushed all industrial sectors to participate in this challenge to preserve the future of our planet. The world of food is also a key part of this process.<\/p>\n
New technologies, such as electronic boards to be integrated with touch displays for the remote control of machines or the management and optimization of energy saving, are at the heart of a revolution involving Food Service tools and machines, to which Syen wants to contribute with its technical know-how.<\/p>\n
SIGEP 2023: a great opportunity<\/h3>\n
SIGEP 2023 marked the full return to its dimension as the world’s leading exhibition for artisan ice-cream. Together with the numerical figures, it is above all the general satisfaction of exhibitors and visitors that decreed its success. A great opportunity to get closer to a world that combines hi-tech interest with the tradition of Italian taste.<\/p>\n
