The customer needed to create a retarder-proofer to be controlled through a new generation LCD touch screen monitor.
Syen already had the know-how in electronics applied to analogical devices that allow to maintain the freshness of the dough. It ‘was the first company in Italy to realize the electronic boards and software to manage and block the leavening (“Sleeper” function). Following the technological evolution, Syen has created various models, starting from LED devices with buttons up to the possibility of having LCD touch screens.
To meet the customer’s need, Syen developed a customized graphical interface based on the specifications provided, which was then integrated into the device software.
The software includes 4 operating setups:
Through a password-protected interface you can adjust the electronics to adapt it to the needs of your product and set some basic settings to provide end users with easy-to-use predefined programs. It is also possible to manually set the parameters to keep the temperature and humidity fixed.
The device is equipped with a backup battery which maintains the clock memory in the event of a power failure. In the event of faults, there is a safety system that checks the output power and starts a diagnostic check in order to identify the causes of the malfunction.
